Professional Fees

Navius professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund of professional fees will be issued within 7 business days.

Government Fees

Government filing fees paid to regulatory authorities (MCA, GST, etc.) are non-refundable as per government policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email hello@navius.in with your inquiry reference number and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
